Kim Caldwell has over 20 years of experience working in the Human Capital Management field as the Vice President of Divisional Operation for Aerotek. Her experience is in Business Development, Operations and Strategic Direction. Five years ago ; for her second career Kim became a managing partner at PBI Insurance. Kim has dedicated her time to understanding Medicare and is passionate about helping seniors understand their Medicare Options. Kim was raised in South Africa. She was awarded a track scholarship to Wichita State University where she earned her degree in Business with a Major in Accounting. Kim calls the USA her home after becoming a US citizen and now resides in Pasadena, CA with her husband Tom and two teenage boys Mark and Matthew.
